اَلَّذ۪ينَ عَاهَدْتَ مِنْهُمْ ثُمَّ يَنْقُضُونَ عَهْدَهُمْ ف۪ي كُلِّ مَرَّةٍ وَهُمْ لَا يَتَّقُونَ ٥٦

56Elleẕîne ʿâhette minhüm ŝümme yenḳuḍûne ʿahdehüm fî külli merrativ vehüm lâ yetteḳûn.

56As for those with whom you have made a covenant and who then irresponsibly break that covenant/treaty every time:
