بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerses 50–51
2 versesAl-Anfal 50
وَلَوْ تَرٰٓى اِذْ يَتَوَفَّى الَّذ۪ينَ كَفَرُواۙ الْمَلٰٓئِكَةُ يَضْرِبُونَ وُجُوهَهُمْ وَاَدْبَارَهُمْۚ وَذُوقُوا عَذَابَ الْحَر۪يقِ ٥٠
Mushaf
Transliteration
50Velev terâ iẕ yeteveffe-lleẕîne keferü-lmelâiketü yaḍribûne vucûhehüm veedbârahüm. veẕûḳû ʿaẕâbe-lḥarîḳ.
English Translation
50If only you could see them when the angels take the souls of those who have turned to disbelief, striking their faces and their backs and saying: "Taste the punishment of burning!"
