بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerses 84–86

وَاِلٰى مَدْيَنَ اَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًاۜ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللّٰهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ اِلٰهٍ غَيْرُهُۜ وَلَا تَنْقُصُوا الْمِكْيَالَ وَالْم۪يزَانَ اِنّ۪ٓي اَرٰيكُمْ بِخَيْرٍ وَاِنّ۪ٓي اَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ مُح۪يطٍ ٨٤
Mushaf
Transliteration
84Veilâ medyene eḫâhüm şuʿaybâ. ḳâle yâ ḳavmi-ʿbüdü-llâhe mâ leküm min ilâhin gayruh. velâ tenḳuṣü-lmikyâle velmîzâne innî erâküm biḫayriv veinnî eḫâfü ʿaleyküm ʿaẕâbe yevmim müḥîṭ.
English Translation
84And to Midian We sent their kinsman Shu'ayb. —O my people, he said, serve Allah alone, for you have no god other than Him. Never cheat in measure and weight. Though I see you now in abundance and prosperity, I still fear for you the punishment of a day that will engulf you on every side.
