وَلٰكِنَّٓا اَنْشَاْنَا قُرُونًا فَتَطَاوَلَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْعُمُرُۚ وَمَا كُنْتَ ثَاوِيًا ف۪ٓي اَهْلِ مَدْيَنَ تَتْلُوا عَلَيْهِمْ اٰيَاتِنَاۙ وَلٰكِنَّا كُنَّا مُرْسِل۪ينَ ٤٥
Mushaf
Transliteration
45Velâkinnâ enşeʾnâ ḳurûnen feteṭâvele ʿaleyhimü-lʿumür. vemâ künte ŝâviyen fî ehli medyene tetlû ʿaleyhim âyâtinâ velâkinnâ künnâ mürsilîn.
English Translation
45Moreover, since that day We have brought into being many generations, and much time has passed over them. Nor did you dwell among the people of Midian and learn this knowledge from them. But it was We who always sent the messengers to them.
