English Translation
23When at last Moses reached the wells of Midian, he came upon a group of shepherds watering their animals. A little way off from them he saw two women trying to keep their animals back from the wells, and he said to them: "Why are you waiting?" They said: "We cannot water our animals until these shepherds have watered theirs and moved off, and our father is a very old man."
