O you who believe, do not raise your voices above the Prophet's voice, and do not speak loudly to him as you speak among yourselves, lest your good deeds come to nothing without your realizing it.
Those who lower their voices and speak respectfully in the presence of Allah's Messenger, they are the ones whose hearts Allah has fortified with responsibility and sensitivity. And for them there is boundless forgiveness and a great reward.

As for those who call out to you loudly from behind the private chambers, most of them do not use their reason.
For had they waited patiently a little until you came out of the house to them, it would have been far better for them; but even so, Allah is matchless in forgiveness and possesses boundless mercy.

English Translation
O you who believe, when a transgressor who has strayed from the path brings you important news, investigate thoroughly whether it is true or not; otherwise you may harm a people unknowingly and then come to regret what you have done.
Do not forget how fortunate it is that Allah's Messenger is among you. Had he followed you in many matters, you would have fallen into hardship. But Allah has made faith dear to you and beautified your hearts with it. And He has made disbelief/covering up the truths/being a disbeliever, transgression (straying from the path), and rebellion (opposing good deeds) seem ugly to you. Those who have these qualities are the ones who walk on the straight path,
through Allah's grace and blessing. And Allah knows all things, and His every judgment is right.

O you who believe! Let not men among you mock other men; who knows, those who are mocked may be worthier than those who mock. Likewise, let not women mock other women, for those who are mocked may be worthier than those who mock. Do not find fault with and belittle one another. Do not call one another by offensive nicknames. How wretched it is to be branded with transgression/straying from the path after having attained faith! Whoever does not give up these kinds of behavior, it is they who are the wrongdoers who persist in error.
