بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

اَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَۜ وَهُوَ اللَّط۪يفُ الْخَب۪يرُ۟ ١٤

Transliteration
14Elâ yaʿlemü men ḫaleḳ. vehüve-lleṭîfü-lḫabîr.
English Translation
14Would the Creator not know what He has created? He is the One whose knowledge penetrates all things, and who is aware of everything.
