بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerse 36
1 verseAl-Ahzab 36
وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ اِذَا قَضَى اللّٰهُ وَرَسُولُهُٓ اَمْرًا اَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ اَمْرِهِمْۜ وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللّٰهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا مُب۪ينًا ٣٦
Mushaf
Transliteration
36Vemâ kâne limüʾminiv velâ müʾminetin iẕâ ḳaḍa-llâhü verasûlühû emran ey yekûne lehümü-lḫiyeratü min emrihim. vemey yaʿṣi-llâhe verasûlehû feḳad ḍalle ḍalâlem mübînâ.
English Translation
36Once Allah has given His judgment on a matter and His Messenger has conveyed it, no believing man or believing woman has the right to act on any matter according to personal preference. Whoever defies Allah and His Messenger, who conveys Allah's messages, has fallen into manifest error.
