English Translation
19As for those who believe wholeheartedly in Allah and His messengers, who convey Allah's messages, it is they who are, in Allah's sight, the true in heart and word, and the witnesses. They have both their reward and their illuminating light. But the disbelievers who cover up the truths and do not believe, it is they who are the very people of Hell.
