English Translation
10Why do you not spend of your wealth in Allah's way, when the true inheritance of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah? Those of you who spent and fought before the conquest of Mecca are not equal to the others. They have higher ranks than those who spent and fought after the conquest. Yet Allah has promised Paradise to all of them. Know that Allah is aware of all that you do.
