English Translation
32It is Allah who created the heavens and the earth, and who with the rain He sends down from the sky has brought forth many kinds of produce as provision for you. Through the laws of nature He has laid down, He has placed at your service the ships that glide through the seas, and He has placed the rivers at your service as well.
