وَتَرَى الْمُجْرِم۪ينَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُقَرَّن۪ينَ فِي الْاَصْفَادِۚ ٤٩

Transliteration
49Vetera-lmücrimîne yevmeiẕim müḳarranîne fi-lʾaṣfâd.
English Translation
49And on that day you will see the guilty bound in chains.
