بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

اِنَّٓا اَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِر۪ينَ سَلَاسِلَا۬ وَاَغْلَالًا وَسَع۪يرًا ٤

Transliteration
4İnnâ aʿtednâ lilkâfirîne selâsile veaglâlev veseʿîrâ.
English Translation
4There is no doubt that We have prepared for the ungrateful disbelievers chains, iron collars, and a blazing Hell.
