قَوَار۪يرَ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ قَدَّرُوهَا تَقْد۪يرًا ١٦

Transliteration
16Ḳavârîrae min fiḍḍatin ḳadderûhâ taḳdîrâ.
English Translation
16From these goblets made of silver they will drink as much as they wish.
