بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

اِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْقُرْاٰنَ تَنْز۪يلًاۚ ٢٣

Transliteration
23İnnâ naḥnü nezzelnâ ʿaleyke-lḳurʾâne tenzîlâ.
English Translation
23There is no doubt that it is We who have sent down this Quran to you in stages.
