وَاسْتَفْتَحُوا وَخَابَ كُلُّ جَبَّارٍ عَن۪يدٍۙ ١٥

Transliteration
15Vestefteḥû veḫâbe küllü cebbârin ʿanîd.
English Translation
15The messengers asked for victory and triumph, and so all the stubborn tyrants fell and perished.
