بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerses 8–10
3 versesMuhammad 10
اَفَلَمْ يَس۪يرُوا فِي الْاَرْضِ فَيَنْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذ۪ينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْۜ دَمَّرَ اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِمْۘ وَلِلْكَافِر۪ينَ اَمْثَالُهَا ١٠
Mushaf
Transliteration
10Efelem yesîrû fi-lʾarḍi feyenżurû keyfe kâne ʿâḳibetü-lleẕîne min ḳablihim. demmera-llâhü ʿaleyhim. velilkâfirîne emŝâlühâ.
English Translation
10Have they never traveled through these lands and looked at what the end was of the communities that passed away before them, and taken a lesson? Allah razed them to the ground. And a similar end awaits these disbelievers too.
