وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَبَعَثْنَا ف۪ي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ نَذ۪يرًاۘ ٥١

51Velev şiʾnâ lebeʿaŝnâ fî külli ḳaryetin neẕîrâ.

51Had We willed, We would have sent a separate warner to every town.
