English Translation
35Would We ever treat the Muslims, who have submitted to Allah wholeheartedly, the same as the sinners?
Explanatory translation
35O polytheists! So you see yourselves on the right path and Our Messenger Muhammad on the wrong path, and you consider yourselves the winners in Allah’s sight. Truly, that is a very wrong way of thinking. Would We treat as equal the Muslims, who know that Allah is the true owner of wealth and property, use their wealth in line with His good pleasure, and wholeheartedly submit to Allah’s will, and the guilty and sinful, who say, “Life is mine; I will live as I please”? Never! The obedient, who submit to their Lord and wholeheartedly yield to Allah’s rulings, and the disbelieving, rebellious frauds, who turn their backs on Him and grow arrogant, are certainly not the same.
