اَلرَّحْمٰنُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوٰى ٥

5Erraḥmânü ʿale-lʿarşi-stevâ.
English Translation
5He is the Most Merciful (ar-Rahman), who has brought the whole universe under His sovereignty.
