وَلَقَدْ عَهِدْنَٓا اِلٰٓى اٰدَمَ مِنْ قَبْلُ فَنَسِيَ وَلَمْ نَجِدْ لَهُ عَزْمًا۟ ١١٥
Mushaf
Transliteration
115Veleḳad ʿahidnâ ilâ âdeme min ḳablü fenesiye velem necid lehû ʿazmâ.
English Translation
115Indeed, We had earlier made Our covenant known to Adam. But he forgot it, and We did not find him resolute in obeying Our command.
