تَنْز۪يلًا مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ الْاَرْضَ وَالسَّمٰوَاتِ الْعُلٰىۜ ٤

4Tenzîlem mimmen ḫaleḳa-lʾarḍa vessemâvâti-lʿulâ.
