تَنْز۪يلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللّٰهِ الْعَز۪يزِ الْحَك۪يمِ ٢

2Tenzîlü-lkitâbi mine-llâhi-lʿazîzi-lḥakîm.
English Translation
2The sending down of this Book/the Quran is from Allah, who is perfect in all He does and whose every judgment is right.
