وَاِذَا ق۪يلَ اِنَّ وَعْدَ اللّٰهِ حَقٌّ وَالسَّاعَةُ لَا رَيْبَ ف۪يهَا قُلْتُمْ مَا نَدْر۪ي مَا السَّاعَةُۙ اِنْ نَظُنُّ اِلَّا ظَنًّا وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُسْتَيْقِن۪ينَ ٣٢
Mushaf
Transliteration
32Veiẕâ ḳîle inne vaʿde-llâhi ḥaḳḳuv vessâʿatü lâ raybe fîhâ ḳultüm mâ nedrî me-ssâʿatü in neżunnü illâ żannâ vemâ naḥnü bimüsteyḳinîn.
English Translation
32For when it was said, "Allah's promise will surely be fulfilled, and there is no doubt that the Hour, the end of the world, will come," you used to say: —What on earth is this Hour? We know nothing of such a thing. It is nothing but a mere delusion, and we firmly do not believe that any such thing will happen.
