وَهُوَ الَّذ۪ي يُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوا وَيَنْشُرُ رَحْمَتَهُۜ وَهُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الْحَم۪يدُ ٢٨

Transliteration
28Vehüve-lleẕî yünezzilü-lgayŝe mim baʿdi mâ ḳaneṭû veyenşüru raḥmeteh. vehüve-lveliyyü-lḥamîd.
English Translation
28It is He who sends down rain and spreads His mercy after people have despaired because of drought. For it is He who protects and watches over, and He who is worthy of praise.
