English Translation
23He is Allah, besides whom there is no god. He is the one and only Owner of all existence, the source of holiness, the wellspring of salvation and peace, the One who trusts and is worthy of trust, the sole authority in determining good and evil, the absolutely supreme, the One who always enforces His authority and has it enforced, the One unmatched in greatness and majesty. Allah, the most exalted of all, is free from all the elements of shirk they associate with Him.
