English Translation
5For He created the heavens and the earth for a definite purpose. It is He who wraps the night over the day and the day over the night. And it is He who has placed at your service the sun and the moon, each swimming along in its own orbit. Know well that He is absolutely supreme and exalted, and forgives abundantly and continually.
