مَنْ يَاْت۪يهِ عَذَابٌ يُخْز۪يهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَابٌ مُق۪يمٌ ٤٠

Transliteration
40Mey yeʾtîhi ʿaẕâbüy yuḫzîhi veyeḥillü ʿaleyhi ʿaẕâbüm müḳîm.
English Translation
40upon whom a degrading punishment will descend in this world, and a lasting punishment in the Hereafter.
