بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

قُلْ مَنْ رَبُّ السَّمٰوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظ۪يمِ ٨٦

Transliteration
86Ḳul mer rabbü-ssemâvâti-ssebʿi verabbü-lʿarşi-lʿażîm.
English Translation
86Say: —Then who is the Lord/Owner of this boundless universe and of the exalted seat of sovereignty?
