اِلٰى فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَا۬ئِه۪ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوا وَكَانُوا قَوْمًا عَال۪ينَۚ ٤٦

Transliteration
46İlâ firʿavne vemeleihî festekberû vekânû ḳavmen ʿâlîn.
English Translation
46to Pharaoh and his chiefs. But they behaved arrogantly; indeed, they were a people who looked down on others.
