قُلْ لِمَنِ الْاَرْضُ وَمَنْ ف۪يهَٓا اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ٨٤

Transliteration
84Ḳul limeni-lʾarḍu vemen fîhâ in küntüm taʿlemûn.
English Translation
84Say: —Tell me, if you know: to whom do the earth and the beings in it belong?
