English Translation
13Giving charity before a private meeting with the Messenger proved hard for you, did it not? Since you did not do this even though you had the means, Allah has lifted this obligation from you. So continue to perform your prayer and give your zakat, and obey Allah and His Messenger, who conveys Allah's messages; for Allah is aware of all that you do.
