بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerses 44–45
2 versesAl-'Ankabut 45
اُتْلُ مَٓا اُو۫حِيَ اِلَيْكَ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَاَقِمِ الصَّلٰوةَۜ اِنَّ الصَّلٰوةَ تَنْهٰى عَنِ الْفَحْشَٓاءِ وَالْمُنْكَرِۜ وَلَذِكْرُ اللّٰهِ اَكْبَرُۜ وَاللّٰهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَصْنَعُونَ ٤٥
Mushaf
Transliteration
45Ütlü mâ ûḥiye ileyke mine-lkitâbi veeḳimi-ṣṣalâh. inne-ṣṣalâte tenhâ ʿani-lfaḥşâi velmünker. veleẕikru-llâhi ekber. vellâhü yaʿlemü mâ taṣneʿûn.
English Translation
45Recite and convey this Book/the Quran that is revealed to you! And perform the prayer as it should be performed! For prayer keeps one from indecency and evil. And the remembrance/Book of Allah is surely the greatest. Do not forget that Allah knows everything you do.
