بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

اَمْ حَسِبَ الَّذ۪ينَ يَعْمَلُونَ السَّيِّـَٔاتِ اَنْ يَسْبِقُونَاۜ سَٓاءَ مَا يَحْكُمُونَ ٤

Transliteration
4Em ḥasibe-lleẕîne yaʿmelûne-sseyyiâti ey yesbiḳûnâ. sâe mâ yaḥkümûn.
English Translation
4Or do those who persist in doing evil think they can get away from Us? What a wretched judgment they make!
