English Translation
10And among people there are some who say, "We believe and trust in Allah," but then, when they suffer some harm in Allah's way, they regard it as though it were a punishment from Allah. Yet when victory comes to you from your Lord, they say, "We were certainly with you all along." Does Allah not know best what lies within all peoples?
