وَلَمَّٓا اَنْ جَٓاءَتْ رُسُلُنَا لُوطًا س۪ٓيءَ بِهِمْ وَضَاقَ بِهِمْ ذَرْعًا وَقَالُوا لَا تَخَفْ وَلَا تَحْزَنْ۠ اِنَّا مُنَجُّوكَ وَاَهْلَكَ اِلَّا امْرَاَتَكَ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِر۪ينَ ٣٣
Mushaf
Transliteration
33Velemmâ en câet rusülünâ lûṭan sîe bihim veḍâḳa bihim ẕerʿav veḳâlû lâ teḫaf velâ taḥzen. innâ müneccûke veehleke ille-mraeteke kânet mine-lgâbirîn.
English Translation
33When Our messengers came to Lot, he was distressed, fearing that his people would do some evil to the messengers who had come, and in his helplessness he did not know what to do. The messengers said to him: —Do not be afraid, and do not worry about us! We will save you and your family, except your wife; she will stay behind and be among those destroyed.
