English Translation
41There is no doubt that it is Allah who holds the heavens and the earth in balance through the system He has established, and keeps them from ceasing to exist. Were the established order of the heavens and the earth to break down, there is none other than Allah who could set it in order again. There is no doubt that He is most forbearing and most forgiving toward His servants.
