English Translation
13It is He who shortens the night and adds it to the day, and shortens the day and adds it to the night. And it is He who has placed at your service the sun and the moon, each flowing on in its own orbit until an appointed time. This is Allah, your Lord, to whom all sovereignty belongs. But those you place between yourselves and Allah and implore in prayer do not own even the thin skin of a seed.
