English Translation
18From the terror of that day even the heavens will be torn apart, and thus Allah's promise will have been fulfilled.
Explanatory translation
18For this reason, at the Resurrection, even the sky, which you see as boundless and think can never fall, will split open and crack from the violence of that day, and so the day Allah has promised will have arrived. All these coming events bear witness that Allah’s promise to raise the dead and call them to account will surely be fulfilled one day.
