بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most MercifulVerse 14
1 verseAs-Saff 14
يَٓا اَيُّهَا الَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُوا كُونُٓوا اَنْصَارَ اللّٰهِ كَمَا قَالَ ع۪يسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ لِلْحَوَارِيّ۪نَ مَنْ اَنْصَار۪ٓي اِلَى اللّٰهِۜ قَالَ الْحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحْنُ اَنْصَارُ اللّٰهِ فَاٰمَنَتْ طَٓائِفَةٌ مِنْ بَن۪ٓي اِسْرَٓاء۪يلَ وَكَفَرَتْ طَٓائِفَةٌۚ فَاَيَّدْنَا الَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُوا عَلٰى عَدُوِّهِمْ فَاَصْبَحُوا ظَاهِر۪ينَ ١٤
Mushaf
Transliteration
14Yâ eyyühe-lleẕîne âmenû kûnû enṣâra-llâhi kemâ ḳâle ʿîse-bnü meryeme lilḥavâriyyîne men enṣârî ile-llâh. ḳâle-lḥavâriyyûne naḥnü enṣâru-llâhi feâmeneṭ ṭâifetüm mim benî isrâîle vekeferaṭ ṭâifeh. feeyyedne-lleẕîne âmenû ʿalâ ʿadüvvihim feaṣbeḥû żâhirîn.
English Translation
14O you who believe! Be supporters of Allah's cause! Just as, when Jesus son of Mary said to his disciples, "Who are my supporters in Allah's cause?", the disciples replied: "We are the supporters of Allah's cause." In the end, some of the Children of Israel believed, and some refused to believe and became disbelievers. But We supported those who believed against their enemies, and so it was they who prevailed.
