بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ اَنْ تَقُولُوا مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ ٣

Transliteration
3Kebüra maḳten ʿinde-llâhi en teḳûlû mâ lâ tefʿalûn.
English Translation
3To say what you will not do is regarded with the utmost loathing in Allah's sight.
