بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

يَٓا اَيُّهَا الَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُوا لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ ٢

Transliteration
2Yâ eyyühe-lleẕîne âmenû lime teḳûlûne mâ lâ tefʿalûn.
English Translation
2O you who believe! Why do you say what you will not do?
