بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

وَاِنَّهُ ف۪ٓي اُمِّ الْكِتَابِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِيٌّ حَك۪يمٌۜ ٤

Transliteration
4Veinnehû fî ümmi-lkitâbi ledeynâ leʿaliyyün ḥakîm.
English Translation
4And this Quran, which comes from the Mother of the Book/Our boundless knowledge with Us, is most exalted, and its every ruling is right.
