بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

وَقَالُوا لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنُ عَلٰى رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظ۪يمٍ ٣١
Mushaf
Transliteration
31Veḳâlû levlâ nüzzile hâẕe-lḳurʾânü ʿalâ racülim mine-lḳaryeteyni ʿażîm.
English Translation
31And they said: —Should this Quran not have been sent down to some great man of one of the two cities?
