اَمْ عِنْدَهُمْ خَزَٓائِنُ رَبِّكَ اَمْ هُمُ الْمُصَيْطِرُونَۜ ٣٧

Transliteration
37Em ʿindehüm ḫazâinü rabbike em hümü-lmüṣayṭirûn.
English Translation
37Or are the treasuries of your Lord's mercy in their hands, and is that why they think all power lies with them?
