وَاِنْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ اِلَّا عِنْدَنَا خَزَٓائِنُهُۘ وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهُٓ اِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعْلُومٍ ٢١
Mushaf
Transliteration
21Veim min şeyʾin illâ ʿindenâ ḫazâinüh. vemâ nünezzilühû illâ biḳaderim maʿlûm.
English Translation
21For the source of everything that beings need lies with Us, but We send it down according to a set destiny/measure.
