وَمَٓا اَهْلَكْنَا مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ اِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٌ مَعْلُومٌ ٤

4Vemâ ehleknâ min ḳaryetin illâ velehâ kitâbüm maʿlûm.

4We have never destroyed any land without first giving it understandable revelation.
