وَاِذَا تُتْلٰى عَلَيْهِمْ اٰيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ قَالَ الَّذ۪ينَ كَفَرُوا لِلَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُٓواۙ اَيُّ الْفَر۪يقَيْنِ خَيْرٌ مَقَامًا وَاَحْسَنُ نَدِيًّا ٧٣
Mushaf
Transliteration
73Veiẕâ tütlâ ʿaleyhim âyâtünâ beyyinâtin ḳâle-lleẕîne keferû lilleẕîne âmenû eyyü-lferîḳayni ḫayrum meḳâmev veaḥsenü nediyyâ.
English Translation
73(While in the world,) whenever Our verses were recited to them in all their clarity, those who did not believe in Our verses used to say to those who believed: "Which of these two groups is superior in rank and position, and more esteemed in the eyes of society?"
