بَش۪يرًا وَنَذ۪يرًاۚ فَاَعْرَضَ اَكْثَرُهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَسْمَعُونَ ٤

Transliteration
4Beşîrav veneẕîrâ. feaʿraḍa ekŝeruhüm fehüm lâ yesmeʿûn.
English Translation
4as a Book containing good news and warnings. Yet most of them turn away from this Quran and do not listen.
