بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّح۪يمِ

بَلٰىۚۛ اِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِه۪ بَص۪يرًاۜ ١٥

Transliteration
15Belâ. inne rabbehû kâne bihî beṣîrâ.
English Translation
15Yes, he certainly would return!/And so he has returned; for his Lord was always watching him.
